When you log in to a site, My eRooms is a central location for accessing eRooms, administrative settings if you are a site or community administrator, member lists you have permission to open, and dashboards that summarize information in eRoom databases, project plans, and calendars.
My eRooms has two tabs: eRooms and Dashboards.
From My eRooms, you can
Search the site for eRooms or items (click ).
Create eRooms, if you have permission to do so (click ).

(plug-in only) Click the eRoom Monitor icon () and pick "My eRooms (site name)" from the pop-up menu.
Go to the site's base URL (servername/eRoom) through a link or a bookmark.
The eRooms tab of My eRooms provides access to all the eRooms you are a member of, in all communities you belong to. If you are an administrator, the eRooms tab also provides links to site or community settings, as well as community member lists.
The eRooms tab is divided into the following sections:
Active eRooms section -- Provides links to any eRoom you have visited, or that you've added to this section manually. An unread mark () appears next to any eRoom with new information. Status information also appears, if provided: traffic light status, basic status, full status (click to expand, to collapse full status information).
Administration section -- Provides links to any site or community settings or community member lists you have access to.
All My eRooms section -- Shows each eRoom you belong to and the community it's in. eRoom names are links to the eRooms. eRoom descriptions also appear, if provided in eRoom settings. Check boxes for your active eRooms are provided. You can select or clear these check boxes to add eRooms to or remove eRooms from the Active eRooms section of My eRooms.
On the eRooms tab of My eRooms, you can reorder and group your active eRooms. For example, you might want to group your eRooms by functional organizations (such as Engineering, Human Resources, or Product Management).
On the eRooms tab of My eRooms, click to open the "Organize My eRooms" page.
Create groupings of active eRooms with subheadings by clicking "Add Subheading". On the Add Subheading page, specify the Title and Style for your new subheading, and then click "OK". On the Organize My eRooms page, the title of the subheading appears in the list.
Remove any eRooms you don't want listed as active eRooms, or any subheadings you want to delete by selecting an eRoom or subheading and clicking "Remove".
Note: You can also remove an eRoom from the Active eRooms section of the eRooms tab by clearing its check box in the All My eRooms section.
Put your active eRooms and subheadings in the order you want them listed in the Active eRooms section. Select an eRoom or subheading and click "Move Up" or "Move Down" to change its position in the list.
When you finish arranging your list of active eRooms, click "OK".
On the Dashboards tab of My eRooms, you can display database, calendar, and project plan dashboards. You can add these dashboards via their Notification settings.
While there are no controls in My eRooms for adding dashboards, you can remove them either via the Organize page, or by clicking on the same line as a dashboard's name. Removing a dashboard from My eRooms also clears the corresponding notification check box for that dashboard.
For a dashboard item, clicking next to its name edits the dashboard. For a built-in database dashboard shown on My eRooms, clicking edits the database it summarizes.
Clicking the name of a dashboard opens the dashboard in the eRoom in which it resides. In the case of a built-in dashboard, the database it summarizes opens to its summary page.
On the Dashboards tab of My eRooms, you can reorder and group your dashboards. For example, you might want to group your dashboards according to project, or by type of dashboard (databases, calendars, and project plans).
On the Dashboards tab of My eRooms, click to open the "Organize My Dashboards" page.
Create groupings of dashboards with subheadings by clicking "Add Subheading". On the Add Subheading page, specify the Title and Style for your new subheading, and then click "OK". On the Organize Dashboards page, the title of the subheading appears in the list.
